Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using eTravelPlan ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these terms periodically; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized account access

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our AI systems
  • Share account access with unauthorized users
  • Distribute or resell AI-generated itineraries without permission
  • Upload harmful or malicious content

4. AI-Generated Content

eTravelPlan uses AI to generate travel itineraries and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should independently verify critical travel information (visa requirements, health advisories, safety conditions) before traveling. eTravelPlan is not liable for decisions made based solely on AI recommendations.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for unused service periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The eTravelPlan platform, brand, and technology are owned by eTravelPlan and protected by copyright law. Travel itineraries you generate are yours to use for personal purposes. You grant us a license to use anonymized itinerary data to improve our AI models.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eTravelPlan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
